The lease healthcheck is our first activity with a new client. It is a detailed analysis and evaluation of the existing leasing situation. LOIS is used to store and analyse the information and documentation. As a result of this exercise Innervision will make recommendations for improvements to the leasing portfolio.

From this exercise our clients have experienced reductions in lease payments, improvements in terms and conditions, clearer organisation and improved documentation.

We need to gather full and complete details and get to know your portfolio during our initial lease healthcheck.
