Portfolio Analysis
We carry out a full analysis of your leases and diagnose issues and fix problems to give your portfolio a clean bill of health. Wherever possible, we will recover overpayments and negotiate savings on your behalf.
New Lease Arrangement
When leases are needed or are up for renewal, we can advise and arrange new agreements. We’re not brokers, and receive no payment from the banks or lessors. With our broad, independent market view, we negotiate a better balance of rates and terms and conditions on your behalf. We then present you with signature ready documents and once signed add the new lease to the portfolio for our tight control and management thereafter.
