Process -
- Key client personnel will be given secure access to LOIS via the Innervision website.
- Accurate and up to date lease information will be maintained on LOIS.
- Training on LOIS will be provided to authorised client personnel.
- Unrestricted telephone support to authorised client personnel will be provided to assist in addressing all lease related activities.
- Innervision will manage all points of change within the lease portfolio and new leases including upgrades, extensions, terminations and lease or asset replacement.
- Innervision will provide on-site support as required.
- Meetings with lessors will be attended as required.
