What is it ?
The Lease Healthcheck is a detailed analysis and evaluation of the existing leasing situation. As a result of this exercise Innervision will make recommendations for improvements to the leasing portfolio.

Process -
- All commercial lease information will be input into LOIS
- All relevant lease documentation be copied into LOIS
- The client will be given secure access to LOIS via the Innervision website
- Innervision will present a written report to the client which details the current state of the lease portfolio together with suggested areas for improvement and recommended remedial strategies to achieve these improvements.
- Once agreed, Innervision will implement these remedial strategies on behalf of the client.
