Capgemini UK plc and Innervision have entered into a long term relationship where Innervision provides leasing expertise, lease management and lease administration services as well as support in the financial structuring of new customer bids.

Starting in 1875 as a small family grocer in Bristol, Somerfield has grown to be a major high street supermarket with over 800 stores in locations throughout the UK. Somerfield has a lease portfolio of close to £70M with over 100 active leases covering assets ranging from commercial vehicles to computers and in-store equipment. Since January 2008 Innervision has managed this lease portfolio, applying specialist expertise to introduce greater understanding, management and control, generating significant initial and long-term savings, whilst also providing accurate and accessible financial and management information.

HRP manage all of the Queens Palaces where she is not resident. These include The Tower of London; Hampton Court; The Banqueting House; Kensington and Kew Palaces . Although our role covers IT equipment, we have broadened our service to cover many other areas of their rather unusual and challenging business. We now assist with leasing for vehicles, telephones, cabling, and the development and purchase of hand-held tour guides for visitors, amongst many other assets.

There is a vast amount of technology utilised by WH Smith within every part of their business. Our involvement reduced original leasing costs significantly and we have remained responsible for the arrangement, management and control of all non-building leases since the year 2000.

All leases for non-US Heinz activities are arranged and controlled from the UK with our assistance. We worked very closely as part of the team negotiating a new global facility and ensure that the detail of each local contract is correct in terms of content and implementation. LOIS is accessed by all authorized Heinz personnel throughout the world, allowing instant information on all relevant leasing activities. The web-accessed facility also greatly assists key personnel in management reporting and particularly budgetary control for global leasing activities.

Charles Taylor Consulting are involved in most parts of the insurance management process. The key to a successful relationship between CTC and Innervision is the thorough understanding of business and financial requirements, trust and communication. Innervision saved Charles Taylor Consulting (CTC) £150,000 over 3 years and improved the flexibility of their leasing arrangements.

We started working with 3m to manage leases specifically for their mainframe and network equipment. A decision was taken some years ago to move the datacenters to the United States, leaving just communication and servers. We subsequently broadened our role to assist with the leasing of desktop PCs and laptops across four UK locations.
