LOIS is a central repository of leasing information available to all authorised client contacts. It is proprietary to Innervision and was developed with our clients to meet their individual lease management requirements.

All leasing information is entered by Innervision and each client has full access to their data. All relevant documentation is scanned and attached to lease records. Information can be exported to Excel and key reporting facilities are readily available.

• LOIS pulls together all critical and relevant leasing information into one place accessible through our website portal. In most organisations this information will currently sit in a number of different departments or locations and in many cases it only exists on paper. It is only when it is collated together, in one place, that leases can be tracked and managed correctly.
  
  
• LOIS provides timely reminders of notice obligations in leasing contracts. It is  costly and restrictive to miss these. Currently, in many organisations this process relies on spreadsheets or an individual’s diary.

  • Financial reports all comply with IAS17, FRS5 and SSAP21.
  • Management reports to support regular monthly/quarterly requirements and ad hoc reports to inform a specific decision or project.
