LOIS (Lease Optimisation and Information System) is a lease management and financial reporting system developed by Innervision to assist with the management of our collective client portfolio.

Authorised client users also have full access to LOIS, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for their own lease information. For instant reference, relevant documentation is scanned and attached to each individual lease record. Comprehensive key reporting facilities are readily available and information can be exported to Excel when required.

• LOIS pulls together all critical and relevant leasing details into one place accessible through our website portal. In most organisations this information is scattered across a number of different departments or locations and in many cases it only exists on paper. It is only when collated together in one place that leases can be analysed, tracked and managed correctly, with the necessary level of control.
  
  
• LOIS flags timely reminders of notice obligations in leasing contracts, which would otherwise prove costly and restrictive if overlooked. In many organisations this process relies on spreadsheets or other archaic processes.
